Before I start considering the idea that I want to present, I will ask some questions: what is democracy, and what is hidden behind that word? . Is democracy a farce? Democracy, the rule of the people, was especially popular in some states of ancient Greece, especially in Thebes and Athens. However, democracy often alternated cyclically with tyranny in Greek polities. How are things with democracy today? In the following text, I will not discuss totalitarian and similar tyrannical regimes where democracy is abused as a vulgar caricature. The democracy represented today in liberal states is largely outdated. It is based on the principles of the last century. And that implies: political parties, nepotism, corruption, expensive election campaigns accompanied by disgusting lies and promises, and the election of incompetent people. But the main disease of democracy is corruption. That's why I imagined a more or less advanced political system. It is based on democracy; in fact, it should be a new version of it. But since I am not a political scientist, only a mechanical engineer subordinated to the exact sciences, I still see the shortcomings of democracy as a political system and therefore offer some basic ideas on how democracy should be improved. This further means that it is a kind of open project. I invite all like-minded people to join me in developing this idea. Let's replace the outdated car with an advanced hybrid model. But above all, I would like to emphasize the ills of the democratic society of the 21st century.
The key role of the new government would be the ministries, which would be supervised by the Prime Minister and citizens - voters. and the latter by the President. And that is quite enough and suitable for the state budget. Citizens (voters) directly elect ministers, the president of the state and a minimum number of deputies It is important that people who are not in that profession cannot be elected for ministries. To reduce the number of MPs to a minimum, they would also be from the profession they perform. A similar principle should be made at the micro level, ie. at the municipal level, ie. for the election of local authorities. Every citizen can initiate a change of government if he is not satisfied with his work.
